Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit requests.
Scope of Service
We are not a direct service provider. Work is completed by independent local Heat Pump Installations in and around Aurora (Denver, CO). We review your request and arrange for a suitable Heat Pump Installation to contact you with a quote and availability.
We do not employ, control, or supervise the independent Heat Pump Installations who perform the work. We do not guarantee their availability, pricing, quality, or completion of services.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact information and project details when submitting an enquiry. You are responsible for verifying credentials, insurance, and qualifications of any Heat Pump Installation who contacts you.
You must negotiate pricing, scope, and terms directly with the Heat Pump Installation. Any contract for work is between you and the Heat Pump Installation, not with us.
No Warranties
We provide this service on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the quality, timeliness, or suitability of any Heat Pump Installation we arrange to contact you.
We do not guarantee that a Heat Pump Installation will contact you, provide a quote, or complete any work. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from work performed by independent Heat Pump Installations.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services arranged through it.
We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or any other harm caused by independent Heat Pump Installations.
Referral Fees
We may receive referral fees or other compensation from Heat Pump Installations in our network. This does not affect the price you pay or the terms you negotiate directly with the Heat Pump Installation.
